We offer two thoughtful shipping options to get your birding essentials to you:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving 10-15 days after dispatch – perfect when you need items before nesting season!
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS, arriving 15-25 days after dispatch – ideal for stocking up on seasonal items.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days with our signature eagle-eye quality check.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally with some exceptions in parts of Asia and remote regions. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location. If you have any doubts, feel free to email us at [email protected] before ordering.
How is my order packaged?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you and your feathered friends to be completely happy. Our policy includes:
  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging preferred (we understand if the birds got to it first!)
  • Easy process – just email our support team to initiate
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.
What happens to returned products?
We practice responsible restocking:
  • Unopened food and undamaged items are restocked after inspection
  • Feeders and houses are sanitized and donated to wildlife centers
  • Damaged items are recycled whenever possible
