Order Processing Time

We work as diligently as busy sparrows to process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: We ship worldwide (excluding parts of Asia and some remote regions). International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

At Nestify Shop, we want you to be as happy with your bird supplies as a finch with a well-built nest! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unused, undamaged, with all tags attached)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Important Exception: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bird food products. These items are non-returnable, just as birds don’t return seeds they’ve started eating!

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your items:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging (or equivalent protection). Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your package to our returns center at:

  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping times apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bird supplies arrive damaged or defective (which we hope never happens – just like a well-built nest shouldn’t collapse!), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For our international customers, please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs.
